No analytics tool or advertising cookie is connected for the time being. The site therefore sets no tracking cookie as you browse.

The mockup request form sends by email the information you enter: name, company, email, phone, sector, the address of your current site and a description of your needs. It is used only to reply to you.

That email is sent through Resend (Resend Inc.), our sending provider, acting as a processor. Your IP address is briefly held in memory on our server to limit repeated submissions; it is neither stored durably nor passed to third parties.

Resend and Vercel, our host, are companies established in the United States: your data may be processed there. We use no other processor.

If you write to us by email or phone, we process the information you send us in order to answer your request.

The data is used only to reply to you, prepare a proposal and manage the commercial relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and your consent.

Exchanges are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, except where the law requires otherwise.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to hello@lyaweb.ch.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss data protection authority (FDPIC).

Access to our systems is limited and protected. No sensitive data is requested on this site.
